Confidential Document Shredding

Coastline Recycling services both business and residential clients. We are fully insured with 5 million dollar liability insurance. We have a secured facility at 1052 Gibsons Way where we shred and bale all paper which is then shipped to Vancouver for processing.


Steve Porter and Monica Petreny are a husband and wife team who do all the collection, shredding and processing. This keeps for a tight loop of confidentiality.


We began our shredding service in May 2005 and to date have regular monthly clients and hundreds of year ends.

  • 10 horsepower industrial shredder (5/16 standard legal requirement)
  • Government certified scale
  • Harmony 5 HP baler
  • $5 million liability insurance
  • 2004 GMC5500 – (4 ton truck with $5 million liability insurance)
  • Monthly clients receive lock boxes – 32 gallon plastic rolling carts (100 lb. capacity) 19’’W x 22’’D x 37’’H


SERVICE

  • 2, 4 or 8 week – scheduled service available with lock box
  • Unscheduled pickups can be arranged within a couple days notice
  • Shred all office pack material – including staples, paper clips, floppy disks
  • Upon completion of each shred day you receive a ‘’Certificate of Destruction,’’ which insures our security while in our possession.
